Step by Step
The Kirklees Council Area and Employment and Skills Team, Kirklees Community Association and Paddock Community Trust are working with additional partners to develop employment and learning provision with the aim of supporting Kirklees residents who are out of work and on benefits into employment, training or volunteering or help those wishing to improve their working life.
We deliver weekly support for local residents at community venues across Kirklees. This support can be varied from signposting to further training to teaching job-search techniques and from assisting with benefit concerns to holding employer open sessions.
